1. Warranty & Repair
1.1 One-Year Repair Warranty
Seema Enterprises (House of Parati) offers a one-year repair warranty on jewellery purchased from our official website (houseofparati.com), starting from the delivery date. During the warranty period we will repair defects or damage arising from normal use at no repair charge. However the customer is required to ship the product at our office at their own cost.
1.2 Repairs After One Year
Repair requests made after the 1-year warranty period are accepted; they will incur a ₹500 shipping fee plus repair charges (quoted as per actuals). Repair costs will be communicated after our team evaluates the item based on the images/videos you provide.
1.3 What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover damage caused by: misuse, modification, improper care, accidental loss, normal wear and tear, or any damage resulting from failure to follow the Jewellery Care instructions.
1.4 How to Request a Repair
To request a repair, WhatsApp us at +91 85271 26322 with clear photos or a short video showing the issue, your order number, and delivery details. Our team will evaluate the request and share next steps, pickup options, turnaround time estimates, and any payable charges (if applicable). Repair service is available for India addresses only.
2. Sales Policy & Order Acceptance
2.1 Order Formation
When you place an order on houseofparati.com and we accept it, a binding contract is created between you (the buyer) and Seema Enterprises (House of Parati). The invoice amount shown at confirmation is final and includes applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated. However, we do reserve the right to refuse an order request under special circumstances and a refund in full will be issued to you within 5 business working days.
2.2 Pricing & Confirmation
Prices and product availability are subject to change until an order is confirmed. Once confirmed you will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp. If we are unable to fulfil an order for any reason, we will notify you and either offer an alternative or cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
2.3 Cancellation by Us
House of Parati reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, or other legitimate reasons. In such cases you will be informed and any amount charged will be refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items — How We Help
If you receive an item that is damaged on arrival or is not the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
What to send: A clear 360 degree video of the first time opening the parcel, clearly showing the parcel slip details and the product from start till end. Clear photos or a short video of the package (outer box) and the item, along with your order invoice/number.

After review, you will have to ship the product to our office, we will inspect the returned item, and at our discretion repair, or otherwise resolve the issue. We will guide you through the process and keep you updated at every step.
4. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (Final Sale)
4.1 Final Sale
To preserve strict hygiene, maintain product integrity, and keep exclusive items affordable, all purchases from House of Parati are final sale. We do not accept general returns or exchanges.
4.2 Limited Exceptions
The only exceptions to the final-sale rule are items that are damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped by us, and these must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (see section 3). In such cases we will evaluate and provide a suitable remedy (repair, replacement, or credit) after inspection.
4.3 Cancellation Window
In some rare cases, we may accept cancellations before an order enters processing. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp +91 85271 26322 to check whether cancellation is possible. If a cancellation is accepted, refunds (where applicable) will be issued using the original payment method and processed within the timeframe specified by your payment provider.
4.4 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (for example, after a confirmed incorrect shipment), we will process the refund using the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway/bank and may take several business days.
5. Shipping & Insurance
We dispatch orders with trusted courier partners. Packages are insured while in transit. Once a parcel is delivered and signed for at the delivery address, responsibility for the item passes to the recipient. If a parcel appears damaged on delivery, please refuse delivery or make a damage note on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

6. Intellectual Property & Use of Site Content
All content on houseofparati.com (including text, images, logos and designs) is owned by Seema Enterprises (House of Parati) or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seema Enterprises (House of Parati) will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any direct loss caused by our negligence is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
