Shipping Policy

1. Worldwide shipping
We ship to over 200 countries using trusted partners including DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees and others. International shipments may incur import duties, taxes or customs fees as determined by your country — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. House of Parati cannot accept responsibility for these local charges.

2. Domestic (India) shipping charges

  • Prepaid orders: Flat ₹100 delivery fee.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat ₹200 delivery fee.
    All prices on the site are inclusive of GST.

3. Order processing & dispatch
We carefully check and pack every item. Once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp. We generally dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of confirmation. (If a faster dispatch is required for a specific order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.)

4. Domestic delivery times
After dispatch, deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

5. International shipping & timing

  • We do not offer COD for international orders.

  • International shipping is charged at a flat ₹2,500 (prepaid).

  • Payment methods accepted for international orders: debit/credit card, PayPal.

  • Transit times typically range from 10–15 working days, but customs clearance can delay delivery. We cannot guarantee exact international delivery times.

6. Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp once your package is dispatched. We will assist with tracking if required, but we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our or the courier’s control (for example customs hold-ups or force majeure events).

7. Address changes & delivery instructions
Please ensure your phone number, email, and shipping address (including country code and PIN/zip) are correct at checkout. Address changes are possible only before dispatch. If your delivery PIN is in a remote area, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Insurance
Packages are insured while in transit. If a parcel is damaged on arrival, please follow the “Damaged or Incorrect Items” instructions in our Returns & Repair Policy and contact us immediately.
