Yes — you must create an account to place an order. You can still browse the collections without signing in. Account benefits include:

  • Track orders and review past purchases.
  • Manage account details, address book and email preferences.
  • Save items to your wishlist.

We guarantee 100% authenticity. Materials listed are the materials used. You may notice minor natural variations between pieces — these are normal and add to each item’s uniqueness.

We strive for accurate photography, but colours may vary slightly due to monitor or screen settings. Some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size — please refer to the size chart for precise dimensions.

We offer partial Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout India. Online payment options: CC Avenue, Paytm, Google Pay, PayPal. Bank transfer available on request. If you cannot pay using the listed methods, WhatsApp us at +91 8527126322 and we will provide alternative payment options.

Yes. Online security is a priority. Orders are processed through a secure checkout with SSL encryption to safely transmit and store your payment details.

No — one order can be shipped to one address only. If you need to send gifts to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

No — once an order is dispatched we cannot change the shipping address or phone number.

After placing an order, you will receive a WhatsApp message confirming receipt. Your payment card will be charged on the day we send you the formal order confirmation. If any items are unavailable, we will contact you on WhatsApp and charge only for the items that remain in stock.

You will receive an order confirmation WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. Please note: once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

We generally dispatch orders within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive regular updates to your registered email address. When the order is dispatched you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number.

We work with multiple shipping partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Aramex, etc.). Orders are usually delivered within 2–10 working days after dispatch.

Yes. We use services such as Aramex and DHL for international shipments. International payments can be accepted via PayPal. COD is not available for international orders.

Yes — all items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit to the shipping address. Once items are delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered. If a box is damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery or make a note when signing for it.

All jewellery is delivered in House of Parati boxes. You may continue to store your jewellery in this box between uses.

  • Domestic (India) prepaid orders: ₹100 (flat).
  • Domestic (India) COD orders: ₹200 (flat).
  • International prepaid orders: ₹2,500 (flat). COD is not available for international orders.
