All purchases from House of Parati are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind under any circumstances.

Why we follow a final-sale policy
We know this is an important decision, so we want to be transparent about why we cannot accept returns or exchanges:

  • Hygiene & safety: Jewellery is intimate to wear. Limiting returns preserves strict hygiene standards for every customer.
  • Unique, limited-stock pieces: Many of our designs are one-of-a-kind or produced in small batches. Final sale helps us keep exclusive designs affordable.
  • Low prices & fair access: By limiting returns, we minimise costs and pass those savings to customers — allowing more women to access beautiful, well-made pieces.

We realise “final sale” may sound strict — please choose carefully and reach out if you need help selecting the right item (size, finish, or styling advice). We’re happy to assist before you buy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (How we help)
If you receive an item that is damaged on arrival or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, send clear photos or a short video of the package and the item to our WhatsApp: +91 8527126322. Once we receive your evidence, we will evaluate and get back to you with the next steps. At our discretion we may: repair, replace, or provide an alternative resolution — our aim is to make it right, and provide you with the possible service and satisfaction.

Repair Policy — India only (1 Year Warranty)
We offer a repair service to keep your jewellery beautiful for years to come.

  • 1-Year Repair Warranty: From the date of delivery, your piece is covered by a 1-year repair warranty. During this period, repairs are free of repair charges. But the customer has to ship the product to our office at their own expense.
  • How to request a repair: WhatsApp +91 8527126322 with clear photos or a short video showing the damage. Our team will evaluate and share repair options, timelines and any costs (if applicable).
  • Important notes: Repair service is available for India addresses only. Eligibility and charges are determined after evaluation. Items are insured while in transit; insurance ends once a delivery is signed for.

Amendments & Acceptance
We may update this Policy from time to time; changes will be posted on our website. Continued ordering after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
